Many Spaniards speak English well, especially in the major cities populated by tourist and visitors, so you would not have to worry too much about a language barrier which may be present during your holiday in Spain. The tourism board of Spain is also always after the welfare of tourists and visitors that many maps of the country are available upon a visitor’s arrival in the Spanish airport.

One of the most famous architecture in the world is the La Sagrada Familia by Gaudi in Barcelona. It is a basilica that has been under construction for more than a century already. Other things and sites to see in Barcelona during your holiday in Spain are the Parc Guell, Palau Guell, Palau de Musica Catalana, Las Ramblas and the many museums in the city.

For your sights during your holiday in Spain, do not miss the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and the Alhambra in Granada. You might also want to catch a football game of the three most famous football teams in Spain, FC Barcelona, Valencia FC and Real Madrid. Make sure you book tickets to the games when booking flights to your holiday in Spain because the better seats are usually the first to go when it is football season.

Bullfighting and the Run of the Bulls is also one of the things you need to participate in during your holiday in Spain. The thrill is almost tangible as you witness a matador in the ring and see the bulls run in the streets of the city.
