5 - Wonderful Product
The 501 Spanish verbs book has helped me so much with conjugating Spanish Verbs. It is the most helpful book for Spanish next to Spanish dictionaries. I would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to expound on his or her knowledge of conjugating Spanish verbs. This book was most definitely worth what I paid for. I have no regrets getting this book whatsoever.
2 - Kindle Edition Caution
I have the original hard copy of this book and find it extremely useful. I was excited to see it available on Kindle just to have it handy, plus my original is falling apart from overuse so I was happy to re-purchase it. The Kindle version is okay, but it's not the most useful. The biggest frustration is all of those wonderful, fully conjugated verb charts in the book convert as images in the Kindle edition. That presents 2 nasty problems: 1) The images won't index, so you can forget about doing a search on the conjugated form of the verb. You're only hope is to go to the table of contents and scroll to find the infinitive form and then choose it from there. Not nearly as fast as flipping the pages of the real book. If you're lucky, a search will find the examples at the bottom of the page for each verb, and then you can PAGE BACK to see the fully conjugated versions. That helped a little, but lead me to problem 2) Images are close to useless on the Kindle. An entire page of that book is now squeezed down to that dinky screen, so it is almost unreadable. Putting the cursor on the image and clicking the + did give a slight zoom so that it was a little more readable, but keep your magnifying glass handy. I suppose Amazon is hoping to sell the bigger DX version of the Kindle for this kind of thing, but I'm a long way from that.

If anybody knows any "work around" to these problems, please share.
1 - Dont buy this for the kindle
I used this book in Spanish class and it was very useful. I wanted to have it available when I was traveling and taking classes abroad, so I bought it for the kindle. My problem is not the book, it is the way it is formatted in Kindle. First of all, the list of verb forms are in EXTREMELY small type even with the largest typeface is set on Kindle. That makes it really hard to look at to study or find a certain verb form. Secondly, there is no way to type in a verb and look it up like you would use the interface with a dictionary. This feature would be really helpful, but alas, it is not there. The only way to access your verb is to look it up via the table of contents and the verbs are not all listed in the same area so you have to keep searching. When doing homework, this is fine when you can span through pages but tabbing in the Kindle makes for extremely frustrating work. It is a real shame that such a powerful tool for the student does not have a more reasonable and well thought out interface. I hope that a few programming changes take place and make this book worth it's usefulness in Kindle. Until that happens, I highly recommend against purchasing this book for Kindle.
3 - 501 spanish verbs
This book is an essential reference for anyone who is studying Spanish. I have the paper edition on my shelf and use the Kindle edition along with translation dictionaries while traveling. My only problems with the Kindle edition are that the text refers to page numbers making it difficult to optimize its use. Also the book is hard to search effectively. For instance if you want to search for the verb IR you get results for all the instances the text refers to verbs ending in ir.

1 - Kindle Version Really Bad!!
Bought this for use in the field. Useless, as uses "locations" instead of page numbers. There are no page numbers on the pages to find your place.

Additionally, while turning the pages one jumps several pages ahead and must go back to the contents to navigate.

Absolutely worthless!
